Evening Update: Jorts. Tanks. And a Block of Three.

After the veto ceremony, the nominations stand at Ashley Trail, Taylor Brown, and Yash Patel, with Dee as HOH and Mallory holding the used veto. Yash is actively campaigning and has a quiet deal with Dee promising safety if he agrees not to target her, but Haley and Angela reveal no true loyalty to him and are split on whether Ashley or Taylor should leave. Melody leans toward voting out Yash if he remains on the block. Meanwhile, Jason is navigating alliances with reality stars, Rome and Drew plan to keep their real allies hidden, and tensions simmer amid choreographed house antics. The upcoming Blockbuster competition will be pivotal in shifting the voting dynamics and possibly reshaping

Evening Update: Jorts. Tanks. And a Block of Three.

The veto ceremony is done, the block is set at three, and the house celebrated by dressing like a cult. By 7:24 PM, nearly every houseguest was in a black tank top and jean shorts, chanting a rhythm game Taylor taught them. The vote math is real. The jorts are also real. Both matter.

The Board

Dee is HOH 🔑. Mallory won veto 🏅 and used it on herself at Monday's ceremony, and Dee's renom locked the trio: Ashley Trail, Taylor Brown, and Yash Patel are your nominees 🎯. Ceremony details are in the earlier note — we're not re-litigating it here. What's left: Blockbuster, then a vote.

The Vote, In Texture

Yash is campaigning like his life depends on it, because it does. He wants himself and Taylor safe, worked Dee and Drew on votes, and got a quiet offer from Dee: give her your word you won't put her up, and she'll work to save you — but keep it between them. He also pitched Devens on the boys being early threats, and Devens sounded open to a squad. Whether any of that is load-bearing is another question.

Because per Haley and Angela, nobody's actually with Yash. The niceness is a facade to keep him comfortable. Their real debate is Taylor vs. Ashley — they'd split on it. Haley admitted she gave Taylor her word, and reads Ashley as less of a threat. Angela's response, verbatim energy: "Who are you with, Haley? Don't fck with me."* File that one away.

Melody's ideal is Ashley or Taylor winning Blockbuster; she told Lyric that if a boy needs to go and Yash saves himself, she'll go with the house. There was soft alliance-name talk, with a plan to not hang out for a few days. Barrett confirms Melody's leaning Yash-out if he's on the block come Thursday.

Jason, meanwhile, told Mallory and Barrett she (Mallory) was the original target, floated a "reality stars" read plus a Chuk/Kamu/Haley six, said he wants on Haley's good side — and asked, out loud, how bad it would be to just make stuff up. Bold strategy.

Rome and Drew, from the hammock: be the faces of an alliance, keep real allies in the shadows. Rome doesn't want HOH this week; Drew likes a Mallory HOH next. They agreed to separate before anyone clocks them — and Drew, surveying the yard: "there are lots of jorts in this house." Correct.

Angela and Devens commiserated about vets being pitted against each other for TV. Angela just wants to be here. Plan: ask Dee what she actually wants.

Tanks. Jorts. Chaos.

The fun peaked around 7:24 PM with the full matching-outfit bit — black tanks, jorts, the whole house chanting Taylor's rhythm game and cracking up. A game of sardines died immediately because there are no hiding spots in this house; the group found Dee and Devens in the hot tub room jokingly begging Jeff Probst to save them. Wrong show, but the desperation reads.

Also on the ledger: a Drew/Dee dance nobody asked for, Mallory's banana-cocoa snack invention, and a plasma-globe "body switch" bit between Dee and Barrett. Earlier in the day the house sang happy birthday to Devens' daughter Juju, slop treats included. Genuinely sweet.

What's Open

Blockbuster. One of Ashley, Taylor, or Yash pulls themselves off, and the vote crystallizes fast. If Yash saves himself, Melody's "go with the house" line kicks in. If he doesn't, his Dee deal and Devens pitch get stress-tested Thursday.

Ashley Is the Renom.Mallory used the Power of Veto on herself, prompting HOH Dee Valladares to nominate Ashley Trail as the replacement, setting the Blockbuster noms as Ashley, Taylor Brown, and Yash Patel. This outcome was widely expected and consistently discussed in the house leading up to the ceremony. Mallory secured her safety cleanly this week by refusing an easy eviction deal and winning veto. Post-ceremony, Dee and Drew conspired over next moves, with Drew advising Dee to target Kamu based on his intel and Mallory's stated preference for nominating Kamu, Chuk, and Rome if given power. The House Still Won't Pick One Name.On veto ceremony day, Mallory holds the PoV but hasn't used it yet, leaving her still on the block alongside Taylor and Yash. The house failed to settle on a renominee overnight, with votes split mainly between Ashley and Taylor. Ashley is the presumed renominee by some, but others push Haley or Yash, leading to significant uncertainty. Two self-named alliances—the Court Jesters and the Love Triangle—are forming, with Haley often named as a target. Barrett wants Ashley out and aims to work with Mallory and Taylor, while Dee Valladares remains tight-lipped on renom choices. Dee Still Points at Yash.Sunday saw intense renom campaigning as Mallory's veto win forced a replacement nominee Monday. Ashley emerged as the primary renom candidate, actively campaigning across the house after learning her name was floated. While HOH Dee insisted Ashley is not the target and that Yash is the eviction priority, Dee also coached Ashley on survival tactics, signaling uncertainty. Dee floated Barrett's name but privately ruled him out. House members mostly expect Ashley or Barrett as the renom, with votes leaning toward evicting Yash. Haley's push to nominate LaLa backfired.
