Power Map
Power Thesis
BB26’s power map is a rules problem disguised as a social game. Nominations, replacement nominees, votes, secret upgrades, and live-safety contests kept making the board temporary.

Ainsley Reveal
The premiere vote on Ainsley ends 4-4; she reveals she is AI and will be present all summer. Yes-voters play for upgrades; No-voters risk downgrades.

Downgrade
Chelsie and Cedric become BB Mascots and lose HOH, POV, and vote tools in week one. They remain eligible to be nominated and evicted.

America's Veto
Makensy’s upgrade can remove someone at the end of the veto meeting and let America name the replacement. It is good for four weeks and can only be used once.

Deepfake HOH
Quinn’s upgrade can strip the HOH of power and make nominations. Ainsley creates a fake profile that sounds like the actual HOH, but Quinn controls the message.

Three Noms
If one nominee is vetoed, the HOH names another to ensure three nominees on eviction night. The structure keeps renom math alive until the last minute.

AI Arena
The three nominees play in the Arena. The winner comes off the block, leaving two final nominees for the house vote. That makes nominations temporary information, not final math.

AI Instigator
America chooses Tucker to secretly use AI avatars and spread misinformation. Viewers later vote on his reward; he receives $20,000.

Veto leverage. 690 veto-tagged rows. Veto saves, non-saves, and pressure campaigns repeatedly bent the board.

Nomination math. 860 nomination-tagged rows. Blocks, renoms, pawn logic, and targets kept the feeds useful even before a vote happened.

Verified mechanics. Research receipts support AINSLEY, AI Arena, America’s Veto, Deepfake HOH, and AI Instigator as the season’s major AI mechanics.

Temporary Math
The power-map takeaway: nobody could treat a block as solved. Secret powers, the Arena, replacement control, and audience votes made the safe plan conditional.

Visual artifact. The golden power-token tile on the starter board is a generic visual cue for veto and upgrade pressure, not a claim about a specific prop.
